This Summer We’re All About These Fruity White Wine Slushies

If you aren’t familiar with white wine slushies and you’re looking for a cool summery way to incorporate more fresh fruits and herbs into your diet, you’ve landed in the right place. We created these gorgeous, nutrient-packed and (yes!) boozy white wine slushies to uplift your summer meals and outdoor gatherings.

A slushy is probably the easiest way to combine fresh ingredients with frozen ones without any sophisticated gadgets involved. Think frozen white wine cubes with (literally) what you have in the fridge–fruits and herbs, either fresh or frozen. Think a simple blender and the desire to play with colors and flavors. It’s that easy!

While we always recommend keeping alcohol intake low for healthy liver function, combining wine with healthy ingredients will help your body eliminate it from your system more quickly. And if you drink a little too much, those hydrating fresh fruits will help make your hangover a bit easier to handle.
